About me
I am a 3rd year PhD student in Linguistics at Boston University studying phonological acquisition in adult second language learners. I compare learners of English from various first languages to determine the effects of L1 phonotactic differences on ESL perception and production.Â
In my free time, I do all sorts of crafts! Knitting, embroidery, baking, jigsaw puzzles, and reading romantasy books are some of my favorite ways to relax. I also have a very snuggly cat, Ivy Jane (see below), who keeps me company during my research and crafting.
